Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) for WWPS Partners Public Sector.

This role focuses on being the principal technical advisor to diverse customers, guiding adoption and best practices for AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and more. The TAM will partner with executives to discuss incidents, risk, and service improvements while traveling as needed. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
• Knowledge of cloud based architecture, cloud services and experience in customer facing roles.
• Experience working with Cloud related technology, and optimized or designed Cloud related technology for an enterprise customer.

Responsabilidades

• Act as principal technical advisor to AWS Enterprise Support customers and drive adoption of AWS services.
• Collaborate with customers and senior leaders to discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Work with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and ensure operational health.
• Travel 10% or more as needed to support customers and engagements.
