Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor for Enterprise Support clients. You will guide customers across EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and more, partnering with engineers to resolve issues and optimize adoption.

You will regularly engage with senior leaders, deliver proactive guidance, and travel about 10%+. This fast-growing, customer-obsessed team offers opportunities to influence cloud strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years of technical work experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers.
• Work with engineers and service teams to drive issue resolution and strategic adoption of AWS services.
• Engage with senior leadership to discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
