Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence customers’ innovation across Compute, Storage, Database, AI/ML, and more in a principal technical advisory role.

You will craft cloud strategies, drive adoption of AWS services, and serve as the voice of the customer to AWS product teams. This role emphasizes operational excellence, risk management, and proactive guidance to build scalable solutions while maintaining customer environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute technical cloud strategies to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Represent AWS as the voice of the customer to product teams and senior leadership on operational excellence and risk management.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
• Travel 10%+ as needed to engage with customers.
