Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services to life insurance, group benefits and retirement clients. You will learn leading practices in technology transformation and gain exposure to the entire insurance value chain across product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing and claims.

You will lead platform delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate configurations and integrations, and mentor junior staff while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in Life, annuity, or group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms or comparable modern PAS.
• Experience with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Strong business, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, tech, and vendor teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps with clients.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance, mitigate risks, address issues.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe practices, testing, release management, DevOps, and readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
