Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, deliver consulting services and develop business with clients in life insurance, group benefits and retirement. Lead platform solutions and coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams in a dynamic, global environment.

You will gain exposure to technology transformation, Agile/SAFe delivery, and a broad Life & Annuity value chain, including product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing and claims.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6 years of relevant experience.
3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, or group benefits.
Experience with policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS.
Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims.
Program or workstream management in onshore/offshore delivery with clients and vendors.
Hands-on with platform configuration and integration: APIs, middleware, data migration.
Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort speaking to executives; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments.
Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
Monitor program health and delivery performance, proactively driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes and achieve program objectives.
Support governance forums and stakeholder communications by providing status updates, delivery insights, and recommendations.
Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
