Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering technology-driven transformation for life insurance, group benefits and retirement clients. You will work on platform solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into concrete delivery roadmaps within an Agile environment.

You will gain exposure to policy administration platforms and end-to-end insurance value chains, while traveling up to 50% to meet client needs and help shape sustainable

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across any of the following lines of insurance: Life, annuity, and Group benefits
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms: FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS
• Knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims
• Travel up to 50% to meet client needs, as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with client and vendor teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe practices in delivery, testing, and release management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence
