Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with clients in life insurance, group benefits and retirement. You will gain exposure to technology transformation, delivery practices, and the insurance value chain from product development to claims.

You will lead platform solution delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps while ensuring architecture and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years in Life, annuity, and Group benefits
• Experience delivering on one or a combination of policy administration platforms: FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS
• Working knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain including product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims
• Program, project, or workstream management experience in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model with clients and vendors
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration and integration, including APIs, middleware, and data migration
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments
• Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives
• Monitor program health and delivery performance, driving risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes and achieve program objectives
• Support governance forums and stakeholder communications with status updates and recommendations
• Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence
