Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams and deliver consulting services in the Life Insurance space. You will lead platform solution delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into actionable plans across policy administration, underwriting, and claims.

You will gain exposure to digital transformation, regulatory considerations, and enterprise architecture while collaborating with clients and vendors to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Experience delivering with policy administration platforms or similar PAS.
• Experience in Life & Annuity value chain: product config, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, claims.
• Program or project management in onshore/offshore delivery models and with vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to executive level professionals.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, tech, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
