Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience across Life, Annuity and Group Benefits lines.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product, underwriting, policy administration, servicing and claims.
• Program or project management in on-shore/off-shore delivery models with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on platform configuration/integration: APIs, middleware, data migration.
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executive levels.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned to objectives and architecture standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate configuration, integration and implementation activities across stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and plans.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management and DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior members and contribute to continuous improvement.
