EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services to life insurance and group benefits clients and helping reshape business models through the BTG practice. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across insurance lines: Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS.
• Working knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program, project, or workstream management in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model, with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration and integration (APIs, middleware, data migration).
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executive level professionals.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation with business, technology, and vendors.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps with client stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance, mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
