Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, deliver consulting services and develop business with our clients in life insurance, group benefits and retirement. You will gain exposure to technology transformation and work across the insurance value chain, including product development, underwriting, policy administration and claims.

You will lead platform delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and mentor junior staff while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years across Life, annuity, and Group benefits.
• Experience delivering on policy administration platforms (PAS).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture, security and regulatory standards.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance; mitigate risks.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
