EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, deliver consulting services, and develop business with clients in the insurance sector. You will drive delivery of platform solutions across life and group benefits, aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Experience supporting delivery on policy administration platforms: FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS.
• Working knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program, project, or workstream management in on-shore/off-shore delivery with clients and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes and objectives.
• Support governance forums with status updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
