Concero is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver day-to-day Windows-based support to end users in a Microsoft-centric environment in St. Louis.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software issues, support phone systems, mobile devices, laptops and desktops, and assist users with Excel and Office applications. Strong customer service and ticket documentation required.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunities to grow in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support or help desk experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Customer-focused with proven ticket documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and user issues.
• Support phone systems, mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and spreadsheets.
• Document and track support requests through a ticketing system.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate when needed.
