Job summary

Concero is seeking a seasoned IT end-user support professional to plan, coordinate, and improve end-user technology services for executives and staff at the Clayton office in St. Louis.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage devices, and monitor Teams and UCS environments to promptly resolve issues and drive adoption of workplace technologies. Responsibilities include White Glove support for senior leaders, print services management, and collaboration platform administration, with emphasis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in IT or service delivery.
• Experience in a corporate office environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to drive adoption of workplace technologies.
• Monitor Microsoft Teams and Teams Town Hall environments to resolve issues.
• Provide hands-on support for Teams Rooms, A/V systems, and large events.
• Deliver White Glove support to senior leaders in the Clayton office.
• Oversee enterprise print services, secure print, and device management.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs and drive service improvements.
• Evaluate service delivery and escalate critical issues as needed.
