Job summary

Conexon is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support specialist to assist end users in a fast-growing team in Kansas City. You will handle tickets, assist with Office 365 on Windows and Mac platforms, and support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Zendesk, and related tools.

The role is in-office with some remote work flexibility, requiring strong communication skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs for equipment and onboarding tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of computing infrastructures, end user Windows environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise software configuration, management, and monitoring tools.
