ATB Technologies, LLC in St. Louis is seeking a capable Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across client environments.

You will focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and network-related systems, troubleshooting end-to-end while maintaining professional communication with end users and stakeholders. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous process improvement within a growing MSP.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware across client environments.
• Own technical issues end-to-end, from initial diagnosis through resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and core infrastructure services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across networks, desktops, servers, VPNs, and related infrastructure.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve issues across client environments with focus on M365, Entra ID, and networking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, escalating when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly with end users and stakeholders about issues and solutions.
• Contribute to improving internal processes and share knowledge across the team.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive support tasks to improve efficiency.
• Maintain thorough documentation of issues and resolutions and ensure timely follow-up.
