A leading IT service provider is seeking a Junior Help Desk Analyst in the St. Louis, MO area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of help desk experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include providing Level 1 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT operations. A minimum of an Associate's Degree in computer technology or a related field is required. Candidates must work well in a team environment and be willing to participate in after-hours support.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk position troubleshooting Microsoft 365.
Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to accommodate helpdesk’s hours of operation.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve various technical problems.
Assist users with various firm application support systems.
Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Android and iPhone device setup and troubleshooting
Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 and Operating Systems
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills
Education
