Job summary

Conexon in Kansas City, MO is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to support Office 365 on Windows and Mac, assist users, and manage incidents efficiently.

You will handle tickets, provide remote assistance, and collaborate with the IT team to maintain services and user productivity. A bachelor's degree in CS and 3–5 years of IT support experience are required, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in IT support of Office 365 on Windows and MAC platforms.
• US-based only with fluent English.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Office 365 management experience.
• Experience with Azure, OneDrive, Intune a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support via phone and email.
• Manage Office 365 accounts and user provisioning.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and coordinate with IT teams.
• Support remote users and travelers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ticket logs.
