Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead complex technology hiring in software, hardware, and product management. You will partner with Product & Technology leaders to build pipelines and close senior roles, focusing on market intelligence and proactive sourcing from San Diego, CA.

You will influence hiring strategies, collaborate with People Business Partners, and apply data-driven approaches to improve candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of US West Coast markets, esp. San Diego.
• Experience with direct sourcing and passive talent engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders and People Business Partners.
• Ability to drive a search lifecycle autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technology and product roles.
• Advise hiring managers using market intelligence and compensation dynamics.
• Lead proactive sourcing and engagement for passive talent across tech roles.
• Partner with executives to deliver senior leadership recruitment.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines in AI, software, hardware, and product management.
• Represent the company’s value proposition clearly to candidates.
• Apply data and AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to a global Talent Acquisition team and strategy.
