Job summary
EvolutionIQ is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter/TA Partner in the United States to own full-cycle recruiting for complex engineering and AI roles. You will lead searches for Senior Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and ML Engineers, partnering with Engineering leaders to define requirements and hiring priorities.
You will bring hands-on sourcing, market intelligence, and a data-driven approach to build pipelines and deliver high-quality hires.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with direct ownership of software/engineering searches
- Strong consultative, analytical, and negotiation skills with ability to influence hiring decisions
- Ability to discuss technical profiles credibly with engineering leaders and translate requirements into recruiting strategy
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex engineering and AI roles
- Partner with engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into candidate profiles and interview plans
- Lead recruiter screens and assess technical experience, motivation, and fit
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
