Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including medical device, life sciences, or deep tech.
• Proven success filling senior technical, clinical, or regulatory roles in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring at both leadership and technician levels simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and professional networks across medical device and semiconductor sectors.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and negotiating complex offers, including equity.

Responsibilities

• Build the team behind our next-generation platform across electronics, microfabrication, mechanical, software/firmware, and clinical domains.
• Manage two hiring streams: leadership searches and multi-level technician/engineer pipelines.
• Shape headcount plans with R&D, operations, and quality leadership to meet milestones.
• Define roles, design interview loops, and widen pipelines via university, conference, and industry networks.
• Negotiate and close offers; provide a respectful candidate experience reflecting Synchron's mission.
• Report metrics and manage agency partners to balance cost and quality.
