Synchron Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our next-generation hardware platform.

You will partner with R&D, manufacturing, and quality leaders to fill roles from ASIC leadership to technicians, while shaping recruitment processes and market compensation. This role requires 7+ years of experience, deep networks in semiconductors and medical devices, and a proven track record in high-stakes hires.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 in medical device, life sciences, or deep tech.
• Record of filling senior technical, clinical, or regulatory roles in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring at both ends at once, from senior and director-level specialist searches to multi-level technical and technician hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and building networks outside job boards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Synchron's hardest-to-fill roles in R&D, clinical, quality and regulatory, and manufacturing.
• Run two kinds of hiring: leadership searches and multi-level technician/engineer hiring pipelines.
• Source passive candidates in semiconductor/ASIC, MEMS/microfabrication, implantable electronics, and advanced hardware markets.
• Manage offers end-to-end using market data to build competitive packages.
