Job summary

ResMed Inc. is hiring a TA Lead in Product & Technology for the Americas, based in San Diego with a hybrid schedule requiring two days in our San Diego office.

The role leads recruitment delivery for critical Product and Technology hiring across North America, focusing on San Diego and Brightree, and personally handles complex senior searches. You will coach a small team of TA Partners across the USA and Canada, advise leaders on talent strategy, and strengthen the regional recruiting practice

Qualifications

• Deep experience recruiting senior product, technology and specialist talent across software, hardware, AI and digital health domains.
• Strong knowledge of North American talent markets, especially USA West Coast and California communities.
• Experience coaching or managing recruiters across multiple locations and improving quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery for Product and Technology hiring across North America, with focus on San Diego and Brightree.
• Act as principal recruiter for complex senior searches, from intake to offer strategy.
• Manage, coach and develop a small team of TA Partners across USA and Canada.
• Advise leaders and People Business Partners on talent markets, pipeline health and hiring risk.
