Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the technical recruiting team. You will own complex, high-bar technical hiring from req activation through offer, partnering with senior leaders and aligning hiring with business goals.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for senior IC to director roles, build tailored search strategies, and close hard-to-fill talent in a competitive market using data-driven judgments and equity discussions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing senior, hard-to-fill talent.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with data and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from senior IC through director roles.
• Build and execute search strategy; adjust as market signals evolve.
• Advise managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling.
• Collaborate with executives to align hiring with business goals.
• Screen candidates for technical depth, product intuition, and leadership.
• Lead complex compensation negotiations and equity discussions.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and process discipline.
