Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Technology to own end-to-end technical searches from first conversation to signed offers. You will recruit for software engineering, data/ML, product management, and design, partnering with leaders to shape roles and hiring strategies.

You will build sourcing playbooks, map markets, mentor teammates, and leverage AI tools to boost speed, quality, and candidate experience while staying aligned with Curri's mission.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in-house recruiting, incl. technical/product engineering in last 2 years.
• Proven full-cycle ownership across technical disciplines.
• Strong advisory presence to leaders and candidates.
• Autonomy with strategic search planning and stakeholder management.
• Mentor teammates and raise performance standards.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data/ML, product managers, and designers.
• Build sourcing strategies for searches with no proven channel and map markets.
• Lead intake with hiring managers to set hiring bar and reset expectations.
