Socrates Systems is seeking a senior technical recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering and technical roles from open req to signed offers. You will manage interview loops, scoring, and calibration with hiring managers, starting with the CTO and expanding as headcount grows.

You’ll shape recruiting strategy, pipeline health, and vendor/channel choices, build scalable processes, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a fast, fair, and high-quality hiring experience across

Qualificações

• 8+ years of technical recruiting with full ownership of process design and recruiting strategy.
• Experience as the senior-most or sole technical recruiter at a small to mid-size company with high ownership.
• Track record of building and defending hiring processes before skeptical managers.
• Direct experience running interview loops and calibration sessions with technical hiring managers.
• Fluent with ATS/pipeline tools (Linear, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and able to work in Linear.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle technical recruiting for Socrates Systems, from open req to signed offer across all engineering and technical roles.
• Own the interview process: scorecards, structured loops, and hiring manager calibration, leveraging existing SWE assessment rubric.
• Maintain pipeline health end-to-end: identify slow stages, weak sourcing channels, interviewer no-shows, and offer-stage drop-off.
• Develop recruiting strategy for leveling, comp bands, and scalable headcount growth.
• Maintain a Linear-based hiring pipeline and keep it current.
• Lead offer construction with Anderson, including equity, using ISO grant language and templates.
