Braintrust is seeking a Technical Recruiter to shape how we grow our engineering teams. You will own sourcing, assessment, and closing of exceptional technical talent; partnering closely with leadership to define roles and calibrate talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments is preferred.
• Ability to design systems and improve processes for hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and hire effectively.
• Clearly communicate Braintrust's mission and opportunities to candidates throughout the process.
• Identify improvements to recruiting strategy, interview process, and employer brand as we scale.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top technical talent across disciplines.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to inform decisions and experiments.
• Provide timely feedback to leadership on market dynamics and candidate sentiment.
