Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Proven track record independently leading complex, senior-level recruiting searches, including Director level and above.
• Deep expertise in talent-market mapping, research, sourcing, and proactive relationship building.
• Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders, navigate conflicting perspectives, and drive alignment on hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own complex leadership and strategic searches from scoping through close, with accountability for search strategy, candidate quality, stakeholder alignment, and hiring outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive talent-market maps to identify target companies, leadership profiles, and competitive dynamics; translate research into actionable sourcing/hiring strategies.
• Partner with executives and senior hiring managers to define talent needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and guide difficult hiring decisions with market insight.
• Build and maintain relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates and those relevant to future hiring needs.
• Deliver a highly personalized candidate experience, managing sensitive conversations and closing processes with discretion and attention to detail.
• Navigate evolving priorities, bring structure to loosely defined searches, and drive decisions with minimal direction.
• Serve as strategic partner to Head of Talent, prioritizing recruiting investments and driving initiatives to improve broader talent function.
• Build scalable recruiting practices by improving search planning, market intelligence, reporting, and workflows.
