Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead full cycle recruitment for internship through mid-career roles across the US. You will source, screen, negotiate offers and collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs while promoting diversity and JLL's brand.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full cycle recruiting, a passion for diversity, and experience with Workday/Avature.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Recruiting across multiple US regions
Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring
Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruiting environment
Experience in Financial Services/Real Estate/Consulting a plus
Tech-forward with CRM/ATS tools such as Workday/Avature
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide full cycle recruiting support through sourcing, screening, and offers for internship to mid-career roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs
Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Workday and sourcing tools
Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
Build relationships with diversity organizations and schools
Analyze and report recruiting success and metrics
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders for hiring needs
Attract and retain diverse entry-level talent
