Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, data technologies.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring specialized technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, and Technology leadership roles.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business plans.
• Partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and future skill needs.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and market intelligence to identify top talent.
• Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates with insights on market trends.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel performance for continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and leaders to influence hiring decisions.
