Job summary

McKinsey & Company, specifically within QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional Recruiting, seeks a technical recruiter to build and manage a robust pipeline for data science, data engineering, software, and ML roles across US and Canada.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake through to offer, while championing diversity and inclusion and driving hiring excellence across technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience.
• Experience leading technical recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and Machine Learning Engineer roles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical recruiting for Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, SWE and ML roles.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and timelines.
• Conduct intake conversations and direct sourcing, referrals, and assessments through to offers.
• Contribute to recruiting strategy and ensure diverse, inclusive hiring practices.
