McKinsey & Company, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruiter to partner with our QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional hiring teams in the US.

You will manage a strong pipeline of technologists for US/Canada locations, guiding candidates from intake through to offer with a focus on diversity and candidate experience. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to strategic projects while embracing a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
• Exceptional time management to handle a complex, largely autonomous role.
• Ability to work in-person and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers and drive candidate generation via reviews, referrals, and sourcing.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: assessment through to offer, ensuring a diversity-forward hiring journey.
• Coordinate stages of the recruiting process (interviews, events, cultivation) and contribute to strategy execution.
• Partner with recruiting teams on projects like system design, reporting, and process improvements.
• Support onboarding and integration of hires into the firm while maintaining candidate experiences.
