McKinsey & Company is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to support QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional hiring across the US and Canada. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for technologists, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to build a robust pipeline and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading tech recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineer roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent time management in a complex, largely autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and pipeline development for technologists.
• Coordinate intake conversations with hiring managers and source via referrals and direct outreach.
• Guide candidates through assessment to offer, ensuring a compelling candidate journey.
• Collaborate with recruiting teammates on events, days, and strategy to improve diversity and outcomes.
