McKinsey & Company is seeking a technically oriented recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring process for QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional roles across the US and Canada. You will attract, assess, and place top technologists while aligning with our values and business goals.

You will partner with hiring managers, generate candidates, manage offers, and drive engaging candidate journeys.

Qualifications

2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
Experience leading technical recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineer roles.
Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels.
Exceptional time management to meet responsibilities in a complex environment.
Ability to work in-person and travel as needed.
Strong communication skills in English, with adaptable style for different levels.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end coordination of recruitment for technology roles across multiple teams.
Develop and deliver high-quality recruitment practices and candidate journeys.
Coordinate intake conversations with hiring managers, sourcing, assessments and offers.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to plan interview days and events.
Champion diversity and innovative hiring strategies.
