Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a results-driven recruiter to build and manage a strong pipeline of technologists for US and Canada roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional teams, and drive exceptional candidate journeys through intake, sourcing, assessment, and offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineer roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels.
• Exceptional time management in a largely autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, full-cycle recruitment practices.
• Manage end-to-end candidate pipeline from intake to offer.
• Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process and events to support hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
• Support projects related to recruiting systems, reporting and assessment.
