Job summary

EngineersOfAI in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead a team dedicated to AI/ML and specialized tech hiring. You will drive team goals, collaborating closely with Engineering leadership to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline and outstanding candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of technical recruiting experience and at least 2 years leading recruiting teams. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days in the office per week, plus the option of remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated experience hiring for specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Recruiters focused on AI/ML and Engineering Leadership hiring.
• Partner with Engineering stakeholders to set sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Champion recruiting process quality and develop frameworks for evaluating candidates.
