Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a recruiting professional to support QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional hiring across the US and Canada. You will recruit for technologist roles spanning Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineering, building strong pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, help candidates understand the value of joining McKinsey, and contribute to diversity-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years end to end technical recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and Machine Learning Engineer roles.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels.
• Strong time management to meet responsibilities in a complex autonomous environment.
• Ability to work in-person and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, full-cycle recruitment practices.
• Attract and develop pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing and referrals.
• Manage intake conversations with hiring managers, assessment through to offer creation.
• Coordinate all stages of recruitment from interview days to events and cultivation.
• Support diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives.
