Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a results-oriented recruiter to support QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and Experienced Professional teams across the US and Canada. You will own end-to-end recruitment, engage hiring managers, source top technologists, and guide candidates from intake to offer.

You will work with the recruiting team to plan interview days, events, and cultivation activities while advancing diverse, inclusive hiring and a fast, quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years end-to-end technical recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading recruiter screens across Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Software Engineering and ML Engineer roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, consultants and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent time management in a largely autonomous, complex environment.
• Ability to work in-person and travel as needed.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full-cycle recruitment practices delivering high-quality hiring journeys.
• Manage candidate pipeline from intake with hiring managers through to offer and onboarding.
• Candidate generation via application reviews, direct sourcing and referrals; assess through to offer creation.
• Attract and develop pipeline with compelling messaging and understanding of the technical landscape.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to plan interview days, events and cultivation activities.
• Support diversity and inclusive hiring as part of recruiting strategy.
