You will partner with executives, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting technical hiring.
• Proven success sourcing passive talent for specialized technical skill sets.
• Strong consultative skills to influence leaders on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple searches while delivering a great candidate and client experience.
