Envoy is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to own and close the most complex technical searches across Engineering, Product, and Data. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executives, shaping org design and compensation strategy with market insights, and lead multi-offer negotiations to secure top talent for Envoy’s high-growth environment.

You will design processes, elevate sourcing, mentor recruiters, and leverage data to drive headcount decisions, ensuring an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Track record of closing top technical talent in competitive, multi-offer situations.
• Deep fluency in technical roles, skills, and tech stacks.
• Creative sourcing strategies that engage passive, diverse, and hard-to-reach senior talent pools.

Responsibilities

• Own and close the most complex, highest-impact technical searches across Engineering, Product, and Data — from kickoff through a signed offer.
• Operate as a strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders — shaping org design, leveling, and compensation strategy with market insights.
• Architect offer strategies, lead complex compensation and equity conversations, and win competitive, multi-offer situations.
• Design and evolve recruiting processes, elevate sourcing strategies, and mentor recruiters on sourcing, assessment, and closing craft.
• Use data to drive decisions at the leadership level — build narratives from recruiting metrics and inform headcount planning.
