You will proactively identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through strategic sourcing and market intelligence, partnering with executives and hiring leaders to deliver superior hiring outcomes.

You will influence talent strategy, manage complex searches, and build pipelines for niche tech roles while representing Inspire's brands and culture across the recruiting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical hiring
• Proven ability to source passive talent for specialized technical roles
• Strong consultative skills to advise leadership on hiring strategies and market trends
• Data-driven mindset with recruiting metrics to guide decisions
• Ability to manage multiple searches while delivering a strong candidate/hiring manager experience
