Job summary

TAE Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead complex searches and build targeted technical pipelines across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, manage multiple priorities, source hard-to-find talent, and partner with leaders to drive strong hiring outcomes.

You will establish rigorous interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and maintain positive candidate experiences while partnering with the Director

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience recruiting in a highly technical environment.
• Outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and comparable tools.
• Proven ability to carry a high req load and manage multiple senior stakeholders concurrently.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through offer, across multiple roles and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and priorities.
• Drive structured interview processes with alignment and timely feedback.
• Develop search strategies for priority roles, including channels and outreach.
• Source candidates through outbound approaches and build strong pipelines.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure process discipline across feedback and status tracking.
• Deliver regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and coach teams on interviewing best practices.
