Kforce is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Tampa, FL to manage full-cycle recruiting across Technology and Financial Services. The role partners with hiring leaders to build sourcing strategies and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting, agency recruiting experience, and a proven ability to recruit for technical and business-critical roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in agency recruiting is required.
• Proven experience recruiting for Technology and Financial Services roles.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates through cold outreach, networking, and job boards.
• Recruit for Technology and Financial Services roles including AI/ML, data, banking, and payments.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche skills and high-demand areas.
• Use ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and recruiting activity.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to managers.
• Collaborate with coordinators and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
