Responsibilities

• Source candidates via networking, referrals, job boards, and events.
• Align with client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with salary and fit info for decisions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up activities.
• Advise candidates through interviewing and salary negotiations.
• Facilitate offers, terms, and pre-employment steps.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeployment.
• Build relationships and stay current on recruiting trends.
• Mentor newer team members and share expertise.
