Job summary

StradIT in Tampa, FL is seeking an accomplished IT Recruiter for a contract-to-hire role. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer, focusing on technology roles across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, and AI.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, use LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and analytics to inform hiring decisions, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles.
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, ATS, CRM and other channels to identify top technology talent.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform hiring decisions.
