Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Senior Talent Executive to lead sourcing and recruiting strategies, attract qualified and diverse candidates, and align them with client opportunities. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on sourcing and negotiation in a high-paced environment.

As a senior team member, you will mentor colleagues, expand client relationships, and stay ahead of recruiting trends while ensuring top-quality placements and confidential, respectful handling of all interactions.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience in staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to develop customer relationships, consultative and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards and social media.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with salary recommendations to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interview and follow-up activities with candidates and clients.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation and salary negotiation.
• Facilitate offers and negotiate terms including benefits.
