Qualifications

• Three plus years of technology recruiting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.
• Enjoys working with and being part of team.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect candidates through networking, referrals, job boards and social media.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with information to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and terms of employment.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeploy as needed.
