Job summary

Grüns is hiring a technology support role on our remote HQ team. You will design and maintain our systems backbone, support order-to-cash, and lead cybersecurity and IT readiness across the org. Expect to automate manual tasks and onboard new hires while partnering with departments to evaluate new tools.

The base salary is $90,000-$110,000 with bonus, and a strong benefits package. This is a fully remote position with biannual in-person off-sites.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technology support at a fast-growing company.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot hardware and software independently.
• Ability to point to a specific workflow/process redesign and explain the impact.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations; troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
• Own day-to-day management of order-to-cash across DTC and retail integrations.
