Job summary

Grüns is seeking a systems administrator/ERP specialist to join our small, high-impact tech team. You will design and maintain the systems backbone, support our order-to-cash process, and be the first line of defense on cybersecurity and IT support.

This role operates from our remote HQ with a fully remote, high-trust environment and periodic off-sites. You will own ERP maintenance, coordinate with vendors, build QA checks, handle onboarding for new hires including AI tools, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

2-3 years in technology support at a fast-growing company.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Fulfil or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues independently.
Able to redesign workflows, document changes, and show measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain ERP and enterprise systems, including integrations; troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
Own day-to-day management of order-to-cash across DTC and retail integrations, including SKU mappings.
Coordinate with vendors/teammates on updates, patches, upgrades.
Build and maintain QA checks to catch data/system integrity issues.
Serve as first line of tech support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
Manage cybersecurity protocols and enhance business continuity posture.
