Job summary

Bes System Haus is seeking a Senior Technology Technician to ensure optimal performance and support of advanced systems across the organization. You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade hardware and software, collaborating with departments to implement new technologies and ensure seamless integration.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years in tech support, strong hardware/OS knowledge, networking experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in technology support or technician role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Experience with network configurations, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network, servers, and end-user devices.
• Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on various hardware and software applications.
• Document procedures, configurations, and updates to maintain accurate technical records.
• Manage inventory of technology assets and procure equipment as needed.
• Monitor system performance and security, applying patches and updates promptly.
